We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

We will make every effort to attempt to fill all United States orders and ship the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.* Flat Rate $8.95 Shipping and Handling will be added to most orders. (Continental USA orders only) Additional Shipping charges may apply for unusually heavy, expedited delivery, or orders outside Continental USA. Hawaii). All expedited shipping will be paid by customer including UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day. Pepper Sprays can ONLY ship UPS Ground and are not allowed to be rushed shipped by air.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your e-mail address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.
